This is a lens we are quite excited about. We had a hand in the design and look of these special primes.. Not just a cheap coating change but a whole new reinvision of an already great lens. Overall a mjuch softer lower resolving lens with more pronounced halation. All new colorful blue/purple/orange flare coatings with lower contrast and much more pronounced flare. Softer Bokeh with considerably more texture. We love these as a great alternative to a true vintage lens, but with modern mechanics, afordable price and light weight and size.
